Standard Cleaning Package
This package gives you a great professional cleaning using the industries best cleaning chemicals. It provides a high standard of cleaning at your facility at our lowest price point. This package uses the traditional mop and rag method of cleaning. Its most popular with smaller locations that might have one or two single person washrooms and only require the standard cleaning methods.

Premium Cleaning Package (Sm-Lg locations)
Our professional cleaning package steps it up from the standard package and uses professional cleaning equipment along with some of the best cleaning chemicals in the industry. Most of the cleaning is done with top of the line professional cleaning equipment to clean your floors and washrooms and other areas of your facility. This package can be applied to all size locations from small to extremely large. This package is for the company that is looking for the best our industry has to offer. This is our premium package but at a great value.
- Cleaning of floors will be done with a professional auto scrubber. This unit will scrub your floors with a cleaning pad and apply clean water mixed with a floor cleaning chemical to provide the highest level of cleaning. This method of cleaning far surpasses the mop and bucket method because your always using clean water unlike the mop and bucket.
- Washroom Cleaning using the Kaivac no touch cleaning system in our opinion is highest standard in the industry and the ultimate washroom cleaning machine. It is a pressure washer, wet vacuum, and a blow dryer all in one unit. Its like putting your washroom through a car wash.
First, you pressure wash the entire washroom with a 500-psi pressure washer that mixes in the sanitizing chemical blasting away dirt and grime. This method of cleaning is far superior then using a rag as it gets into areas the rag just cannot reach. Then, you use the shop vac part of the machine to suck up all the water on the floor after its been scrubbed first with the on-board hard bristle brush. Then to finish the job you blow dry all the chrome fixtures which by the way is filtered with a HEPA filter for the best filtered spot free shine you can imagine. This is great for Med Lg restrooms. - Cleaning and sanitizing of lunchroom areas.
