You will receive a call once a week to insure that we have completed all work as agreed. Not only that, our cleaning staff will leave a Quality Assurance Checklist with the services you have requested so you know exactly what work was performed the night before. Our Regular Maintenance Program
Properly maintaining your facility on a professional level requires a high level of attention. With our Regular Maintenance Program this can be achieved by having you on a monthly/quarterly or yearly schedule for things like carpet cleaning, floor buffing or pressure washing. This takes the burden off you or your management team from all the upkeep of your facility. This allows you to maintain a professional company image by maintaining a regular cleaning schedule.

Bronze Package -Basic cleaning services. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. This service is designed for the small business. This service is great for businesses that do not have a lot of traffic but are too busy to maintain their facility themselves. It will free up time for your employees to do what’s important, serving your clients. You may require this service only once or twice a week.
Silver Package - Includes removing garbage, weekly dusting, and cleaning washrooms, Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. This service is designed for the small – Medium business who value what it means to having a clean environment and its benefits. This service would normally be a two to three times a week but also could be done as little as once a week or as much as seven days a week.
Gold Package – Included is detailed floor cleaning high dusting every 6 months, floor buffing once month removing garbage, weekly dusting, cleaning washrooms, Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. This service is designed for the Medium – Large business who have a lot of tile flooring and areas in your facility that are out of reach usually 12 feet and above and want a professional look at all times putting the client and employee high on their list of people to impress. This service would be conducted usually 5-7 days a week depending on the size of the building.
Platinum Package – Floor burnishing every month, Strip & wax floors twice a year, Carpet cleaning every 6 months detailed floor cleaning, high dusting every 6 months, removing garbage, weekly dusting, sanitizing washrooms, Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. This service is for the large businesses that need a team of cleaners maintaining their facility seven days a week and wants the best our industry provides. It normally is a high traffic area that without regular cleaning would dramatically reduce the life of surfaces like carpet and waxed floors and is usually is a public area where sanitation is most important to help maintain public health.
