Advance cleaning was established in October of 2005 and has clients throughout Southern Alberta. We are dedicated to every client and strive to provide the highest standards in the cleaning industry.    We offer 7 days a week, 24 hours a day service and provide free estimates. We’ve outlined some of our programs below, so cleaning your facility is our priority not yours. We take all the pressure off you when it comes to maintaining your facility from ordering all the cleaning chemicals, to putting you on our regular maintenance program so you don’t have to remember when the last time the carpets had  been cleaned. We will do it all for you.  One program that will show you we are dedicated to our customer is the Quality Assurance Program. 
   The quality assurance program is in place for all our clients.  Here is how it works; we believe the way you maintain a good relationship between customer & client is to not be a stranger,  regular communication is key. You will receive a call once a week to insure that we have completed all work as agreed. Not only that, our cleaning staff will leave  a Quality Assurance Checklist with the services you have requested so you know exactly what work was performed the night before. This allows us to maintain quality of service and uphold your expectations;  this is our commitment to client satisfaction. 
   Properly maintaining your facility on a professional level requires a high level of attention.  With our Regular Maintenance Program this can be achieved by having you on a monthly/quarterly or yearly schedule for things like carpet cleaning, floor buffing or pressure washing. This takes the burden off you or your management team from all the upkeep of your facility. This allows you to maintain a professional company image by maintaining a regular cleaning schedule.
